Two custom-made shelving units based on the TOSIZE Furniture line model TSFC005 from TOSIZE.es. This was then assembled and installed myself and finished with a sleek, black lacquer layer. This resulted in this beautiful result.

How I created this project

Because we wanted to place the cabinets as tightly as possible next to the fireplace, we measured the space in many different places. Then the maximum dimensions were taken into account and the design of the cabinet was made based on these dimensions. The fireplace requires grates and an opening for possible maintenance. We made these recesses in the cabinets ourselves, so that we can still reach them. We also made cutouts for the sockets at the back. This is easy to do! Then everything was finished in a matte black lacquer, so that it fits in perfectly with the rest of the house. First a primer and then a varnish to finish it and that was enough. We are very happy with it!
