Sleek custom TV cabinet, by Lejan

Description

A robust TV cabinet in the maximum size that was possible with us.
We have been looking for this for a long time, but never found it.
Hence the step to make it yourself.

DIY: TV cabinet made of MDF

After arrival, the loose parts were lightly sanded and primed
The 3 (hollow) uprights glued and 2 bobbins screwed between the parts for extra strength from (inside to outside as in photo 2)
The bottom of the top plate is provided with a slat on the sides and the front (to which the top will be glued later).
Because the cables from the TV etc. come into the hollow plate, there is no bar at the back, but a few bobbins. (see photo 6)
The bottom plate is attached to the uprights from above with screws.
The top plate is then attached to the bottom plate.
Another plank was made between the 2 uprights and the completely then varnished.

The dimensions of the furniture

The furniture is 50.0 cm high, 155.0 cm wide and 45.0 cm deep.
